Updated information for researchers requiring controlled substances

There are recent updates to the process of ordering controlled substances from CDMV for research purposes with a Health Canada Exemption.

Key updates:

• CDMV address change: Ensure the updated CDMV address is included on your Health Canada exemption application.
• Payment method: CDMV now accepts credit card payments. Instructions for adding a credit card to your CDMV account are available in the CDM How to Order document on Controlled Drugs Application page.
• Order form requirement: A copy of your government-issued photo ID must be included with your completed CDMV order form.
