New Training Registration System Now Live

December 22, 2017

We are pleased to announce that the new Animal Care Services training registration system – ePly and ePayment – is now live. For detailed information about the training course enrollment process, please visit the Animal Care Services Training Frequently Asked Questions webpage.

The updated system significantly improves the training course registration and enrollment process for our researchers, users, industry partners, and staff. The updated system offers the following benefits:

  • Credit cards: Users need less administrative work to submit payments. Animal Care Services accepts Mastercard and Visa.
  • Faster access: Users immediately gain access to course reading materials upon enrolling with their CWL. Users no longer need to wait for us to grant access to course materials.
  • Waitlists: Users can join a waitlist for labs that have met the maximum enrollment limit.

Please share this message with the appropriate students and staff in your department or lab.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the Animal Care Services Training Team at train.acs@ubc.ca.

Maintaining a comprehensive training and education program is essential to Animal Care Services’ ongoing commitment to high-quality science and compassion in animal care and use. Thank you for your continuing support of ACS.
