Temporary Disruption to ACUP Training Courses

A cybersecurity incident has disrupted access to ACUP training courses on Canvas. An interim training platform is now available.

To access your courses: Complete this short survey to request access. You will receive course links by email within 24 hours. This applies to both new and in-progress students.

Key reminders:

  • Request access for the correct species (mice and/or rats), as most courses have separate modules
  • Complete modules in order - review course prerequisites here
  • After finishing online content, email acs.training@ubc.ca to book your hands-on lab

Certification: Online quizzes are temporarily unavailable. In-person quizzes will be administered during labs as an interim measure. Once Canvas is restored, online quizzes must be completed to receive final certification for upload to RISe. For updates on Canvas restoration, visit about.canvas.ubc.ca.
